2. Launch a problem-solving session to learn the process first-hand
3. Review historical data
4. Define the Issue Statement
5. Define the Target Statement
6. Define Key Performance Measures
7. Identify contributing factors (Bumps) to the Issue Statement
8. Formulate & implement corrective action (Hammers)
9. Track progress of the Bumps & Hammers team by reviewing key performance measures
10. Conduct 30-minute Bumps & Hammers™ sessions until the Target Statement is fulfilled
